Age UK North Yorkshire & Darlington - Digital inclusion programme

This new project in 2020 is designed to help older people learn new digital skills across North Yorkshire and will mean a lending library of IPads will be available for people aged 55 and older.

Older people will be able to borrow the IPads for limited period of time and learn new skills online to help stay in touch with friends and families, and use the internet to stay connected.

The project will include some digital tuition to help people set up email accounts and learn about internet access such as ordering prescriptions.
