Knaresborough Nidd Gorge Conservation Group
Description of the role:

The team of volunteers go out on alternate Saturday mornings from 9am until 12 and always welcome new members, Tasks include footpath maintenance, erecting bridges and boardwalks, planting native trees and shrubs, removing invasive species, stream clearance etc. A wonderful way of making friends and getting some exercise!

Skills and qualities needed for the role:

No experience needed - training given.

Practical information:

Volunteering at various sites along the Nidd Gorge in Knaresborough. The group normally meets at Henshaws Arts and Crafts carpark in Knaresborough.
